The short version: I only use your details to call you back.

Start With Chords is run by Eric Imhauser in McLean, Virginia. This page explains what this website collects and what happens to it.

No cookies, no trackers

This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or social media scripts. The fonts, the sample lesson and the piano sounds are all served from this site.

The booking form

When you send the "Book a first visit" form, I receive your name, phone number, email address, town, and what you tell me about the student, your instrument, your preferred days and your note.

I use those details to call or email you about lessons. I do not sell them, share them or add you to a mailing list.

The form is delivered and stored by HubSpot, the contact system I use to keep track of inquiries. HubSpot processes the submission on my behalf.

The sample lesson

The checklist on the sample lesson page remembers your ticks in your own browser. That information never leaves your device.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Like any web host, it keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and time of request, for security and reliability.

Your details

To see, correct or delete what I hold about you, send me a note through the booking form.
